On Feb. 8, Prof. Huangyong of TIPC and Prof. Trivedi Harikrishna Chandulal from India signed in the emploment agreement respectively, which stands for the start of TIPC's "CAS Foreign Expert-in-Residence Program"(2009J2-13). Prof. Zhao Zhengsheng awarded a certificate to Prof. Trivedi Harikrishna Chandulal.

In 2009, TIPC got 2 "CAS Foreign Expert-in-Residence Programs". It is beneficial to international cooperation and scientific innovation.
