On Mar.3, Prof. Fu Shaoyun and Prof. Yasuhide Shindo from Japan signed in the employment agreement respectively. This is the second one of TIPC's "CAS Foreign Expert-in-Residence Program" (2009G2-14). Prof. Zhaozhengsheng awarded a certificate to Prof. Yasuhide Shindo.

Prof. Yasuhide Shindo. obtained a doctorate in Tohoku University, Japan in 1977. He had been visiting researcher of U.S. Bureau of Standards and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
