The target of setting up the device platform for deep-UV nonlinear optical crystal, for all-solid-state deep UV laser source, and manufacturing 8 new type scientific research equipments based on above 2 platforms was fulfilled comprehensively. This enables China to be the only country that manufactures functional all-solid-state deep UV laser equipment in the world.
