A dual-trans method to print a functional liquid-metal circuit on poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) film and then transfer it to a poly(dimethylsiloxane) PDMS substrate, which can be conformably molded to any irregular shape, is illustrated by J. Liu and co-workers on page 7109. As examples, a programmable soft electronic band and a wearable temperature-sensing module that can wirelessly communicate with a mobile phone are demonstrated.
