Invited by Supramolecular Phontchemistry Research Group, Prof. Matthias Selke from Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, California State University at Los Angeles visited Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, CAS, and gave a lecture entitled “Chemistry of Singlet Oxygen with Organometallics and Heteroatoms: From New Photosensistizers to Unusual Oxidants” In the lecture, Prof. Matthias Selke introduced the most recent advances of his group on the study of singlet oxygen and had warmly discussion with the audiences. After the lecture, Prof. Matthias Selke visited Supramolecular Photochemistry Research Lab, and had more detailed discussion with members of the research group on interested subjects.
