Invited by Key Laboratory of Photochemical Conversion and Optoelectronic Materials, Prof. Che-Ming Che from the University of Hong Kong visited our Institute on September 25, 2009, and gave a lecture entitled “Selective activation of alkane and aerobic oxidation with practical interest”. In the presentation, Prof. Che-Ming Che introduced the most recent results of his group on the preparation of transition metal complex catalysts, as well as their application in alkane activation and aerobic oxidation.

The audience had lively discussion about the presentation with Prof. Che-Ming Che. After the lectures, Prof. Che-Ming Che had more detailed discussion with members of the research group on interested subjects.
