Invited by National Research Center of Engineering Plastics，Prof. Qian Wang from University of South Carolina visited TIPC and gave a lecture entitled Self-Assembly of Virus Nanoparticles for Materials Applicationsfor our researchers and students on July 7.

In his lecture, Prof. Qian Wang introduced his team’s recent studies in understanding how cells respond to surface nanotopographical cues and to 3D nano/micro-environment.

Prof. Qian Wang’s research interests arebioconjugation chemistry, self-assembly of nanomaterials, tissue engineering, bionanoparticle chemistry and materials development, fluorescent compounds for biological applications, and so on.
