Invited by the CAS Key Laboratory of Cryogenics and the TIPC Youth Forum, Dr. Kun Liang from University of Sussex delivered academic reports entitled “A Novel Oxford-type Moving Magnet Linear Compressor” and “Stirling Pulse Tube Cryocooler with Active Displacer”, respectively at TIPC on July 17th.
In the report, Dr. Kun Liang introduced the design principle and working performance of the new type linear compressor, which made us have a more thorough understanding of the linear compressor. Dr. Kun Liang also introduced the Stirling type pulse tube cryocooler with active displacer as phase shifter, and demonstrated the existing experimental system and performance.
During the visit of TIPC, Dr. Kun Liang also exchanged and discussed the details of compressor performance test and phase shifting principle of pulse tube cryocooler.
Dr. Kun Liang was giving a report.
