Invited by the CAS Key Laboratory of Bio-inspired Materials and Interfacial Science and the TIPC Youth Forum, Prof. YANG Zhimou from Nankai Universitry delivered a seminar entitled “Application of self assembling peptides in drug and vaccine delivery” at TIPC on October 10th, 2018.  

Prof. YANG Zhimou mainly focuses on the field of controllable preparation and biomedical applications of short peptide hydrogels. During the seminar, Prof. YANG Zhimou presented his latest research on include the development of mild and controllable gelation methods, in situ tumor formation of anticancer drug hydrogels, and preparation of co-assembled hydrogel delivery vaccines. Finally, he enthusiastically discussed with faculties and students of TIPC.
