Research interests: (1) Functional water-soluble polymers, including molecular design and industrialization of water-soluble polymer for enhanced oil recovery with high performance, synthesis and industrialization of nano- and micro-particles with depth profile control for enhanced oil recovery, and study of functional nano-hydrogel. (2) Two-photon polymerization materials, including design and synthesis of two-photon absorbing (TPA) compounds with large TPA cross-section and high photoinitiating efficiency, fabricating two-photon photopolymerization materials with high performance and developing they applications on optical storage and micro-fabrication. (3) Photopolymer for holographic data storage, including synthesis of low shrinkage monomer, selecting proper composites, studying holographic properties of materials and developing they application on holographic data storage. (4) Development of high quality ink-jet materials. |
