Modern coating technology study on thin liquid film coating, rheology and interfacial phenomena. Coating technology started to come into as chemical engineering unit operation in the early 1970. It is widely applied to many kinds products manufacture, Also it is the core technology for many new materials R&D and produce.
Coating technology research group compose of the main technical team of the pilot coating laboratory of the Institute of Photographic Chemistry ,.worked on coating and drying technology near 40 years, have completed the national projects successively. Jointed in international technology exchange and cooperation, follow the advance development of coating and drying technology. According to the need of new material R&D,to develop the new coating and drying technology and equipment,carry throw knowledge innovate and develop advance technology. Bass on the research results to design and produce the new coating and drying equipent, for industry application. The research results are widely used in many famous domestic coporation and Japan and korean overseas corporation.
Developed micro-computer controlling Li-ion battery electrode coating technology and machine. This research result was applied to more than 30 corporations to produce battery.
Developed the electronic ceramic coating technology and machine, was used in produce electronic ceramic resistance base plate.
Developed and designed digital photo ink –jet paper coating machine for Korea corporation.
Developed the high automatic,high precision,high efficiency,second generation Li-ion battery electrode coating technology and machine, was used in the bigest Li-ion battery corporation, Shenzhen BAK corporation, to produce the high grade battery. |
