The Advanced Manufacture Center belongs to Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, CAS, and mainly provides the precision and special machining in the innovated science and technology. With the scientific research equipments and softeware we build the high-level advanced design and manufacture test system, serving for the scientific research.
The center was built by adopt modern advanced manufacture technical. Its main characteristic is FMS(flexible manufacture System). (Designing test device by 3D-CAD software, then generate the machining NC code by CAM(computer-aided manufacturing software), last producing needed parts by the corresponding precision or special type machining equipments to which the computer transmits the code.) It can satisfy the machining requests of many varieties single small batch. In a definite scope, it also has the agile characteristic itself, mainly works on various testers and parts’ production and precision machining.
Our core equipments contain: CH7520 turning machining center, multifunctional laser machine tool, FW-1 EDM wire-cutting machine tool. CAD/CAM software systems include: three- dimensional CAD software SolidWorks 2006, and three- dimensional CAM software CamWorks 2006.
