TIPC has always attached great importance to the academic exchange and cooperation with international science and technology communities.  

At present, TIPC develops international cooperation and exchanges actively with France, Australia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR and other well-known research institutions in the areas of photochemistry, cryogenic engineering, nonlinear photonics, artificial crystals, nano-materials and others.  And TIPC holds international conferences successfully in cryogenic engineering, cold chain technology,  superwettability and other fields. 

A Joint Laboratory on Cryogenic Metrology Science and Techonolgy between TIPC and Laboratoire National de Métrologie et d'Essais-Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers has been established since 2018. 

There are about 40 visiting scholoars visit TIPC per year. On the other hand, TIPC sends more than 150 persons to attend international conferences, conduct analysis works and experiments each year.
