Dr. Georges Bonnier from INM and CCT Visited TIPC

Invited by the CAS Key Laboratory of Cryogenics, the Cryogenic Metrology Cooperation Laboratory of TIPC-LNE/CNAM and the TIPC Youth Forum, Dr. Georges Bonnier from INM(Institut National de Metrologie) and CCT(Consultative Committee of Thermometry) delivered a seminar entitled “Quoting the uncertainties in the domain of temperature measurements” at TIPC on July 15th.
Dr. Georges Bonnier is a world-renowned expert in the field of characterization of thermal-physical properties and thermal metrology. He was Deputy Director of the “Institut National de Metrologie”, head of the Temperature Laboratory. He is currently scientific advisor for several National Institutes of Metrology Within the Consultative Committee of Thermometry.
During the seminar, Dr. Georges Bonnier shared his experiences on quoting the uncertainties in the domain of temperature measurements, and discussed with TIPC faculties and students.
