Invited by the CAS Key Laboratory of Bio-inspired Materials and Interfacial Science and the TIPC Youth Forum, Prof. Haeshin Lee from Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology delivered a seminar entitled “Polydopamine, Tannylation, and Their Derivative Surface Functionalization” at TIPC on July 5, 2019.
Prof. Haeshin Lee focuses on the fabrication of new underwater ahesives by polydopamin, tannylation, and their derivative surface functionalization. And then, Prof. Haeshin Lee introduced the applications of these obtained new underwater adhesives in bloodless, self-healing and intravenous injection. Finally, he enthusiastically discussed with faculties and students of TIPC.
