Invited by the Key Laboratory of Photochemical Conversion and Optoelectronic Materials (CAS) and the TIPC Youth Forum, Prof. Richard G. Weiss from Georgetown University delivered a presentation entitled “Charge- and Electron-Transfer Processes between Excited Singlet States of Sterically Graded Pyrenes and Lone-Pairs of Tertiary Amines” at TIPC on August 13th, 2019.
Prof. Richard G. Weiss is a world-renowned expert in the field of organic photochemistry. During the seminar, Prof. Richard G. Weiss presented his research on the charge- and electron-transfer processes between excited singlet states of sterically graded pyrenes and lone-pairs of tertiary amines, and discussed with TIPC faculties and students.
